Strategic Planning

With the guidance of SHA, members of the organizational team as well as external stakeholders will focus on a review of what is already known, a discussion of existing opportunities and challenges, and an examination of data points that are unknown and important to collect, including why and how they should be collected. After laying this foundation, your team will explore what your organization or programming should look like in 5 years, and how that aligns with the organization’s overall strategic goals.  Following a consensus on the vision, mission and goals, SHA will facilitate (upon request) development of an action plan to achieve the goals outlined in the strategic plan. This may include discussions about staffing, relationships with other service providers, strategic partnerships that should be pursued, potential funding sources, evaluation strategies, succession planning, and a reasonable timeline in which to achieve those milestones.
