Department Audits
As licensed Health Officers that either are currently or have led local health departments as their CEO, SHA is able to assess not only the functionality of the current structure but conduct it in relation to established local needs, state practice standards and national standards (PHAB). Services might include reviewing compliance with state regulations, best practices in relation to national standards, review of organizational chart and job descriptions, and conduct key information interviews with leadership, staff and community partners. SHA is also happy to assist with conducting interviews and making recommendations for candidates as necessary.
