Program Evaluation

SHA can assist your organization in the evaluation process for program reporting and performance management in achieving program objectives.  Services may include development of evaluation criteria and tools; training of staff for consistent implementation; administration of survey methods such as key informant interviews, interviews with policymakers and target population being served; assessment of educational materials and assessment of process and outcome objectives.
